BIO - Raised in Melbourne, Australia, Mark landed in The Bahamas in the early 1990;s and has called it home ever since.
Mark spent 30 years in the construction industry and now specializes in assisting international clients with buying property and building, or purchasing and renovating a second home in The Bahamas. Whether you are looking at upgrading a historic cottage, or private island development, Mark has the experience to help you avoid the pitfalls that so many buyers face when confronted with the complexities of this unique market.
